Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

- Condition: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Defective/Wrong Items: If you received a damaged product or the wrong size/color, we will exchange it free of charge. Please send us a picture of the defect within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
- Size Issues: If you ordered the wrong size, you can exchange it for a different size (subject to availability). The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item to us.
Exceptions:
- Sale items are final and cannot be exchanged or returned unless defective.
- Custom-made or altered items are non-exchangeable.
Refund Policy
- General Refunds: generally, we do not offer cash refunds. We offer exchanges or a Store Credit/Voucher equivalent to the purchase amount, which can be used on our website indefinitely.
- Out of Stock: If a paid order cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability, a full cash refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
